For nearly forty years, Construction Consultants Inc. has been designing and building a variety of financial institutions, churches and commercial buildings, as well as retail and hospitality projects for a wide variety of clients.
Four decades in the construction industry in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia has yielded an large group of architects, vendors and subcontracts from which we can pool resources, ideas and competitive prices taking our owner’s ideas and making them a reality. Being a design/build firm we work closely with the owner all the way from the design process through the construction. This close relationship between the design and the construction teams allows us to give the customer exactly what they want, within a budget they can afford.

Barry Gilley
President
Barry joined Bruce Case (retired) at Construction Consultants within the first year of opening the company while he was attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga completing his Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Working full time since graduation, Barry has been with Construction Consultants for 38 years involved in everything from project management, supervision, estimating, architectural and engineering design, sales, marketing and administration.
Jerod Gilley
Vice President / Treasurer
Jerod began working at Construction Consultants while attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga completing his Bachelor of Science in Finance. Jerod has been with the company for over 16 years with responsibilities including estimation, sales, project management and general administration. Jerod has been involved in AGC of East TN for several years and currently serves on the executive committee of the board of directors.

Shawna Williams
Shawna has over 26 years of experience as our office manager handling our accounts payable and receivables.
Bobby Winkles
Bobby has been with Construction Consultants for nearly all of his 26 years of experience in a variety of carpentry and supervision roles.
Brian Holloway
Brian is an experienced architectural designer and project manager with over 42 years of experience in all aspects of construction from site selection to architectural design, space planning, project management and project close-out.
Scott Stoker
Scott has over 28 years of experience (most with Construction Consultants) in a variety of carpentry and supervision roles.
Keith Brock
With over 26 years of construction experience, Keith has supervised a variety of different construction projects including financial institution construction, offices and hospitality.
Chad Smith
Chad began his career with Construction Consultants as a draftsman and now with over 29 years of experience he has IT, architectural designer and project manager experience.
Ken Hudson
Ken has spent most of his 36 years of construction experience with Construction Consultants in roles ranging from laborer, painter, carpenter and superintendent.
Rob Martin
Rob came to Construction Consultants from industry where he was a production manager and has become an assistant Project Manager now with over 15 years in experience.
Tony Allen
Tony has worked in the construction field as a carpenter, estimator, project and construction superintendent with over 42 years in experience.
Franz Cook
Franz has long history or projects in and around Chattanooga with his 40 years of experience in estimating and project management.
