A three story main office for this 14,000 SF new state Charter. For more than 30 years Construction Consultants has been in the design/build business, completing projects for banks, credit unions, offices, apartments, churches and government entities. The strength of our business has always been the ability to budget a project early in the design process prior to working drawings, being typically within 5% of the initial estimate when bids are received.
